Lazaros Lazarou

Lazaros Lazarou is a graduate of the Physiotherapy Department, in the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. His postgraduate studies are related to the fields of musculoskeletal and neurological physiotherapy, and have been conducted in the United Kingdom. He was awarded with the MSc title, from the University of Keele.  Now, he is a PhD candidate in the Department of Sports Science and Physical Education in Serres, of the Aristotle University.  His research activity is significant, and he is a reviewer in scientific journals, with impact factor. In addition, he has presented research papers and posters in congresses and seminars, which are related to physiotherapy, physical education and sports science. In the past, he has worked in a rehabilitation centre and physiotherapy laboratory. For the last five years, he has been working at the Metropolitan College in Thessaloniki, as a lecturer of Anatomy, Kinesiology, Research and Electrotherapy. He has also been a coordinator of physiotherapy students’ clinical practice. For the last two years, he is the Course Leader of Physiotherapy BSc, in collaboration with the University of East London.
