Styliani Spiliopoulou

Dr Styliani I. Spiliopoulou graduated from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at Serres, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2004. She received her Master's degree in Exercise and Health from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She obtained his Ph.D. in 2012 entitled "Τhe effects of various training protocols on the mechanical properties and neuromusculoskeletal human characteristics" . At 2008 she taught IT courses at the same department. She has several peer reviewed publications and has been national softball player and athlete of acrobatic gymnastic for several years. Her area of interest includes the effects of training on the neuromusculoskeletal human characteristics and the adjustment on sports. She is now deal with research and personal training, mainly in rehabilitation.
